Goal:
Perfect VIP care during the FIFA World Cup 2006

Background:
In the year 2005, COMMPANY was commissioned by Germany's leading chemicals company BASF to look after around sixty national and international groups during the World Cup.
As a result of the perfect preparatory concept work for the Japanese, BASF decided to entrust COMMPANY with the entire customer care of all groups from a total of 22 nations.

Agency task:
COMMPANY was responsible for creating a customised supporting program for each of the 58 groups, depending on the duration of the stay (in some cases up to nine days) and according to the country-specific requirements. This gave the Frankfurt team the ideal opportunity to apply its intercultural competence.
