After 30 years in the events business involving over 1,000 cultural events and 900 corporate events, it was the logical next step for Mario Flaschentraeger to channel his talents into the consultation of performing and corporate artists.

The intent of Mario Flaschentraeger's latest project is the continuous development and promotion of performing artists from different genres, with a main focus on individual and personalised promotion and marketing.

As well as playing consultant to its protégés, COMMARTISTS provides consulting services to everyone - from industry to service providers to agencies - in need of a performing artist. The core competence lies in finding the right artist for each individual customer and event.

Many a corporate occasion has ended as a run-of-the-mill event for lack of prior information about an appropriate or better solution. Not so with COMMARTISTS. Our acknowledged music and culture experts are permanently scouting for new ideas at home and abroad. Mario Flaschentraeger, for instance, is a long-standing guest of the Freiburg Culture Exchange Forum. Following the obligatory screening, each Forum trade fair sees to the addition of around 30 new performing artists and ideas to COMMARTISTS' portfolio. Extensive travels to the theatre and music capitals London or New York complete the agency's repertoire and selection on offer.

The agency's Management Portfolio already has four exclusive performing artists and presenters. These include award-winning illusionist Michelle, who has a long history of cooperation with the agency, TV journalist and presenter Nicole Krieger, and journalist Henner Hebestreit who, in November 2004, joined the team of presenters at the German TV news magazine "drehscheibe". Hebestreit has been a regular ZDF (German public TV) editor since 1999, involved in the main news programmes "heute-Nachrichten", "morgenmagazin", "heute Mittag" and more recently the "heute" evening news show, as well as  "drehscheibe deutschland" and "heute in Deutschland". He is also a reporter and part of the editorial team of the "heute" daily news magazine.

Towards the end of 2005 Julia Pavlova, the new musical discovery from Russia and award-winner of the international "Bella Voce" and the famous "Voice of Russia", which also paved Anna Netrebko's road to fame, joined the agency's books. She and her partner, Pavel Rassudov, leading man of Moscow's famous musical "North-East", perform in leading theatres all over Russia (e.g. the Moscow Bolshoi) and throughout Europe. They can be booked solo or as a duet.
